Official Rules

No purchase is necessary to enter or to qualify as winner. Neither purchase nor multiple entries will increase your chances of winning. Internet access and valid email address required. Entrants must be older than 18 years of age and citizens of the Republic of South Africa. Do not proceed in this giveaway if you are neither of these. By entering the GiveAway, you accept and agree to these official rules as well as the decisions of Diamond Corporation, South Africa ™

Acceptance: The entrant agrees that he may be contacted by the Diamond Corporation, South Africa ™ Marketing department with marketing communications. Submission of the entry automatically subscribes the entrant into the subscription list. Any subscriber can unsubscribe or update their subscription preferences in any email footer area.

Schedules: The Giveaway starts on (Monday March 2nd 2020 and ends at 23:59 Johannesburg time on Wednesday November 4th 2020)

How to Enter: During the Giveaway period, access the Diamond Corporation, South Africa website at www. diamondcorporation.co.za complete the entry form and submit the entry.

Bonus Entries: A bonus entry will be awarded for each of the following actions. Maximum of 3 (three) per entrant.

Winner selection:Ten qualifying candidates will be selected from the total entry list via computerised selection. One winner and one runner up will be selected by computerised selection. Candidates will be informed of their winning success. No prizes will be handed to third party representatives or proxies. In the event of the nominated winner not responding to the winning notice within 7 days from date of notice, the next runner up winner will be awarded with the giveaway. Diamond Corporation, South Africa ™ reserves the right to change the selection and handout method without prior notice.

The Prize: Diamond Corporation, South Africa ™ hand finished Diamond Engagement Ring or pendant or earrings with an estimated retail market of value of ZAR 12,000 (item value subject to change due to currency exchanges and diamond prices fluctuations)

Eligibility: Officers, employees and directors (including their immediate families) of Diamond Corporation, South Africa ™ Group are not eligible to enter or win the prize. Immediate families means one’s spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings and their children (nieces & nephews) regardless of where they live.

Privacy: By entering the Giveaway, you are providing your information to Diamond Corporation, South Africa ™, not to Twitter, Facebook or Instagram. The collection and use of information provided by entrants is addressed in Diamond Corporation, South Africa ™ Privacy policy.

Optional consent to marketing and service communications

Although you cannot opt out of receiving communications we need to send you relating directly to your Website purchases, birthdays and anniversaries, you can opt out of receiving various other types of communications from us, being as follows:
9.1 sporadic alerts about exclusive discounts, special offers, sales and competitions.
9.2 regular newsletters to inform you about offers, hot products and other things that may be of interest to you (based on your selected interests and previous purchases) or to our Customers generally.
9.3 Service communications concerning activity on your Account such as to notify you about a voucher you have received from us, or to remind you of unordered items in your online basket or vouchers approaching expiry which you haven’t yet redeemed.
